We source same/similar zip to the original of your item and replace it seamlessly. We aim to keep the original finishing in all items but occasionally that's note possible, we will inform you if that is the case before processing your order. You don't need to provide anything other then the repair item. Please, make sure the item is clean before posting it to us.
